Welcome to Mountaineering Ireland’s new Individual Membership Registration homepage. In celebration of Mountaineering Ireland’s 50th Anniversary Year 2021, new Individual Membership Rates have been launched and we now offer a 50% reduction on all new membership rates to celebrate our 50th Anniversary Year. We are also offering a further 25% discount if new members set up a Direct Debit facility when registering to pay for Individual (Adult / Joint Adult) and Family memberships.

Therefore, celebrate the summer enjoyment of inter-county travel and Ireland’s hills, mountains and crags with us. This is the time to join Ireland’s National Governing Body for hiking, hillwalking and climbing.

Your membership helps support our strategic aims to; promote responsible participation in all aspects of mountaineering (including hiking, hillwalking and climbing); to promote mountain training and skills development; to strive for improved and assured access for responsible hikers, hillwalkers and climbers and to be a voice for the protection of mountain landscapes.
